Personal data will be processed in particular:
based on Article. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) and lit. c) GDPR in order to: take action before concluding the contract at the request of the data subject or perform the contract (providing contractual data, data necessary to conclude and perform the contract, failing to do so, no conclusion of the contract and performance of the contract), fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (e.g. tax law, accounting acts), Article 9 (1) (a) of the GDPR based on consent | Based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator, i.e. pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR for the purpose of: marketing of own products or services, asserting or securing claims and defending against claims | on the basis of a separate consent, i.e. pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR for the purpose of: direct marketing of products or services of entities related to the Administrator (contractual obligation, in the event of lack of consent, we will not direct the indicated marketing). The period for which personal data will be stored: Personal data processed in order to conclude or perform the contract and fulfill the Administrator's legal obligation will be kept for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry for the period necessary for post-sale customer service (e.g. handling complaints), security or pursuing possible claims due to the Administrator (up to 10 years of age), fulfilling the Administrator's legal obligation (e.g. resulting from tax and accounting regulations), personal data processed on the basis of consents, will be processed until their revocation at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal | The rights of the data subject: the right to access their personal data, the right to obtain confirmation whether the Administrator processes data and information regarding such processing; the right to rectify data if the data processed by the Administrator is incorrect or incomplete; the right to request the Administrator to delete data; the right to request the Administrator to limit data processing; the right to transfer data, i.e. the right to receive personal data provided to the Administrator and to send them to another administrator; the right to object to the processing of data on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest or to processing for direct marketing purposes; the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection: the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal). In addition to a complaint to the Polish Supervisory Authority, the rights can be exercised, inter alia, by e-mail contact with the Administrator or to the address of the registered office. Categories of data recipients: Business partners in the performance of contracts (including, for example, agents, contractors), telecommunications undertakings, banks for payment execution, postal operators, carriers, handling correspondence received from customers, document archiving companies, partners providing technical services (e.g. e-mails) , developing and maintaining IT systems and websites). We do not use automated decision making, including profiling referred to in art. 22 sec. 1 and 4 GDPR. We do not transfer information to a third country and / or an international organization.
